OLD LYME - Pet Connections, Inc., a non-profit animal rescue, rehabilitation and placement organization, has launched two new websites.
In an effort to further their commitment to finding homes for abandoned and abused animals, Pet Connections, Inc. has created a site featuring information about their programs, the adoption process, and a call to action for those interested in volunteering or adopting/fostering animals. The site also offers a growing list of success stories highlighting pets that have been rescued or placed. Pet Connections, Inc. hopes to utilize the website to raise awareness of their need to build a permanent shelter.
Pet Connections has also recently launched a site promoting their biennial animal art show, "The Artist and the Animal," which will take place November 3, 4, and 5 this year at the Lyme Art Association. The site provides information on both the juried art exhibition, as well as the non-juried arts and crafts bungalow, where artists have the opportunity to rent wall or table space in the sunken gallery.
